Municipalidad de Piura organiza Seminario de actualización para servidores y funcionarios municipales
"Actualización en Derecho Administrativo y procedimiento administrativo general", se denomina el Seminario que realizará la Municipalidad Provincial de Piura a través del Comité de Gestión de Capacitación y el Comité de administración del fondo de Asistencia y Estímulo –CAFAE.
El Seminario que se realizará del 26 al 29 de noviembre tendrá lugar en el Teatro Municipal y tiene por objetivo actualizar y capacitar sobre el mejor manejo de los procedimientos administrativos a los servidores y funcionarios de las Municipalidades, así como al personal de instituciones públicas y privadas.
Los temas ha desarrollar son: acto administrativo, validez del acto administrativo, inactividad formal de la administración y el silencio administrativo, procedimientos administrativos, invalidez del acto administrativo, recursos administrativos y procedimientos administrativos especiales.
Los expositores serán el Dr. Víctor Baca Oneto docente de la Universidad de Piura y el Dr. Juan Francisco Rojas Leo docente de la Pontificia Universidad La Católica del Perú.
Las inscripciones se encuentran abiertas en la oficina de Unidad de atención al ciudadano picada en el primer piso de la Municipalidad Provincial de Piura, en horario de 8 de la mañana a 6 de la tarde.
